Why counselling ?

Most of us can feel we are going through a rough patch at some time in our lives, and experience difficulties or problems.
At these times, we can feel stuck and the way to move on, or change things for the better, can be hard to find, even if we have the support of family and friends.
Then it can be helpful to work with someone outside of the situation. Someone who can be objective and listen without judgement in a confidential space.

If you find yourself experiencing a time like this... and are looking for someone to work with, I hope the information I provide can help you make the choice that is right for you.

As a general counsellor I work with a wide range of issues, including:

  • Relationships
  • Anger management
  • Depression
  • Parenting and Child related concerns
  • Self-esteem
